WEEKLY SPIRITUAL ENERGY- January 31, 2022 – February 6, 2022

The energy this week looks at our ability to embrace new opportunities. New opportunities often come cloaked in the setting of a door closing on something in our lives or a forced change. It is normal to look at such a situation with trepidation. But what is important is how quickly you move forward to embrace new opportunities that show up in the wake of what may be unpleasant changes. It may seem wise to try to recreate what you had, but life has a way of telling you that you have outgrown a situation. It challenges you to look at things differently, to behave differently, and most of all, to think about your life differently. Change is more challenging when you try not to change than if you embrace change and look for the opportunities that blossom, much like the crocus or snowdrop popping up out of the snow. As we greet the coming month, be aware that it represents a time of new beginnings and new opportunities. Do not let fear, worry, and doubt stop you from being aware of the opportunities available to you. It is a known fact that when we are drowning in negative emotions, we are closed to any positive energy and awareness. So take a moment to bid the past goodbye embrace the changes and be open to the opportunities that come with it. That is living in the now and dealing with life in the moment.
