“Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits.” – Anonymous.
Use today as the starting point for a lifetime of feelings of gratitude. Your whole outlook on life will change once you give yourself that nudge. You will feel better, less anxious, and happier in so many different ways when you begin focusing on the positives. Gratitude and giving thanks are both necessary in demonstrating prosperity through divine law. Look at what you do have, be thankful, strive to reach out and help others, and keep the goodwill going. The goodness in your life will blossom in even more abundance, just as you will. Once you get into the habit of consciously appreciating the positives around you, your newfound attitude will overflow even when you aren’t actively practicing the feeling of thanks. The saying of grace at the table before dinner has its origin in this same idea – the power of giving thanks.
Affirmation: I am grateful for what I have and who I am.
