“Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits.” – Anonymous.
Breaking free is also like letting go. Letting go of negative thoughts that stop you from getting what you want. Often, people don’t even realise that negative thinking is the problem. Break away from friends that are no longer good for you; all they do is drain your time and energy without giving anything in return. Let go of bad habits or addictions, as these behaviours have a negative impact on your life. You may have experienced distressing moments that woke you up, and now you need to take action and make choices that put your well-being first. It is OK to make the choices to put you first; you may think it is selfish, but it is actually self-preservation. This is about breaking free of what no longer serves you. “Accept what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be.” ~Sonia Ricotti
