Your life often reflects your predominant thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions though not always perfectly or precisely. It is up to you to decipher the hidden messages and gifts within challenging situations, people, and environments. If you are having an emotional reaction to something or someone asks: In what way might this outer situation be a representation of an inner belief? If you feel something is being done to you, in what way have you also done something similar in the past? What valuable information is life patiently reflecting back to you about your opportunity to transform outdated thoughts or patterns in your life? Remember the mirror also hold true for positive experiences and strengths. To the degree you can see any characteristic in another, in some measure, it is yours as well.
