WEEKLY SPIRITUAL ENERGY- January 18, 2021 – January 24, 2021

The energy this week is reminding you that loving yourself unconditionally is the single most important thing you can do in this lifetime. If you cannot celebrate the miracle that is you first, then you will often find little joy or reason to celebrate anyone or anything else in your world. It all begins with you. Your ability to love, appreciate, and celebrate yourself is the key here. Make a commitment to taking care of yourself. Many of you simply do not faithfully attend to your own needs and desires. Yet if you don’t take care of yourself first, you’re not much good to anyone else. The best thing you can do for others, for the world, is to put your own happiness and well-being first. Does that sound selfish? Well, it is selfish. Or, better, self-ish – focusing on, and loving, yourself so you may then love others well. Even mainstream religions tell you to love God and others as you love yourself. But that message often gets muddled and lost. The part that gets lost is the part about loving yourself. As if that’s some kind of horrible sin. We want you to see the wonder and beauty you are. The universe wants you to feel loved. The universe wants you to feel worthy. The universe wants you to see yourself with the great love it feels toward you. With great love, your true self feels toward you. Love yourself unconditionally, as you are loved.
