The energy this week is reminding you that change is jarring, no matter how prepared you are, and it is stressful. Change relies on stress in order to build something new. Whether you are growing flowers, building a muscle, or forging a new life for yourself, transformation requires a breakthrough of the old to make room for the new, burgeoning life underneath. Death, endings, and new seasons in life are all a natural part of living in a world whose very foundation is change. You are called to remember that this isn’t just happening to you, it is also somehow happening for you and ultimately this will be a positive transformation. When you embrace the fact that nothing in the natural world is against you… You come to realize that by resisting the change, you inadvertently prolong your suffering.
