In those circumstances, it is crucial to stop, step back and gain a higher vision of the situation. It is important to understand everyone’s point of view and to observe all forces at play, as it will allow you to find a more inspired and creative solution. When you see the big picture, it is easier to find a consensus where all parties win – even partially. You can also see the story which is actually unfolding, and the hidden blessings it contains. You will then witness the perfect orchestration of things. Once the story is fully written, you probably won’t want to change a single line, anyway.
