Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits.” – Anonymous.
A committed person is someone to be admired. Someone who can be relied upon. When someone demonstrates commitment, there is a deep personal respect, as all things now become possible. If you are going to play tennis, you commit to the team and the coach. You commit to the discipline that comes with playing the game. The discipline is not just on the court. As there is commitment and self-discipline to follow the rules, such as dietary, exercise, and dress code, one needs to be committed to them for a positive outcome. Commitment encourages fellowship and camaraderie in your relationships with those you are loyal to, and this is where the magic lies. There are only two options regarding commitment, you’re either in or you’re out, there is no sitting on the fence. We can decide to do what we say we’re going to do when we say we’re going to do it, and commit to it.
Affirmation: I am committed and loyal and demonstrate that with my actions.
