You have figured out how to get through life this long. Could you trust that you will figure it out again? Change is simply a reminder to refocus on what you want, what is truly important, and what makes your heart sing. Remember, as you go through any transition or change, being kind, loving, and supportive of yourself will create much more harmonious results than being hard on yourself ever could.
